  • The importance of blood sugar balance for energy, balanced mood, healthy hormones, optimal weight, and disease prevention.

  • Navigating food allergies and sensitivities, and healing the gut.

  • Supporting our detoxification pathways for improved metabolism, digestion, and energy.

l am also available to teach individual classes on various nutrition and health topics. My wellness program and individual classes are ideal for both corporate and private settings.
