“Working with Fauzia has been extremely helpful. I have been struggling with food/diet issues for over a decade with yo-yo weight and binge eating episodes. Fauzia helped me find out what my diet and nutrition was missing so that my moods were more balanced, I felt more satiated after a meal and I was able to eat creatively with her meal plans and recipe ideas. I have been a vegetarian for the last 6 years and it is often hard to find adequate amounts of protein, not to mention I live a very active lifestyle, where I need lots of healthy energy. Fauzia helped me find protein solutions, introduce other types of proteins into my diet (many things I had never even heard of, but delicious) and keep a balanced mood and diet even when traveling or big life changes. 

I was already a healthy eater but after 6 sessions with Fauzia I feel like I have control of my diet and know how to eat to be the best person I can be and to feel the best I can feel.
